What exactly is executive coaching?
Executive coaching is designed to help facilitate professional and personal development to the point of individual growth, improved performance and contentment. Most important, the coach attempts to stimulate the client’s self-discovery by posing powerful questions and/or assigning homework that may take the form of “thought experiments” with written product or “field experiments” which are actions to try in the real world that may result in experiential learning and development of new approaches to situations. Coaches need to have a strong understanding of individual differences in a work place as well as the ability to adapt their coaching style or strategies. Many executive coaches have a specific area of expertise: sports; business or psychology, etc. It is best to hire a coach with knowledge in your industry if one exists.
Executive coaches work their clients towards specific professional goals. These include career transition, interpersonal and professional communication, performance management, organizational effectiveness, managing career and personal changes, developing executive presence, enhancing strategic thinking, dealing effectively with conflict, and building an effective team within an organization.
How long is a session?
You are purchasing a 45-minute session, however the actual sessions can run 10 minutes longer or shorter than that, and we would rarely cut a session short if we were in the middle of solving a “problem” or creating a plan.
What experience level is necessary to benefit from coaching?
Engineers of all experience levels can benefit from coaching whether you are a student or recent graduate looking to create a career plan, or a seasoned executive looking to get more out of your team.

Why should I purchase a 3-session package?
Like most developmental programs/training, the more you do them, the more beneficial they are to you. Typically, engineers are so energized and inspired after one session, they schedule a second session for more accountability and to keep the momentum going. By purchasing 3 sessions now, you will activate that accountability factor and also save 10% in the process.
How can I pay?
You can pay for the course through PayPal with a credit card, debit card or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card through PayPal.
Is the online payment safe?
Yes! The payments with credit card, debit card, and PayPal are made through a secure connection that keeps your information safe. Payments are processed with PayPal, a safe and well-established system that is used by thousands of people to make secure online payments.
“Anthony has been instrumental in changing my outlook not only at work but also outside of the office. Anthony has helped me get out of my rut. He helped me to get focused and organized, and has greatly helped me clarify my professional goals and direction. Anthony is a keen listener, and brings an energetic and creative perspective to our discussions. My focus, enthusiasm and confidence are at an all-time high! I would gladly recommend Anthony to any professional seeking the help and guidance of an executive coach.”
– William Burr, Civil Engineer, Maser Consulting, Clinton, New Jersey
“Anthony readily shares twice before ever thinking of receiving a favor back from a win/win opportunity. His high energy and visionary volunteer leadership reminds me of Teddy Roosevelt. His passion and creativity reminds me of Thomas Jefferson. When stuck in a career “mud flat”, some people just wait around for the rising tide to raise their ship. Anthony’s energy, vision, passion, and outside the box creativity is the rising tide needed to float your career boat. Without hesitation, I recommend Anthony Fasano as a fellow professional engineer, public speaker, and as a career coach!”
– Richard Cartwright, Sr. Vice President, MECX, Buffalo, New York
“Anthony may be my first professional coach, but his energy is contagious and his insights are invaluable. He has the remarkable ability to see to the heart of an issue and to visualize a path to opportunity. I’m finding my way to success – with a little luck, and a coach.”
– Andy Kubiak, Project Surveyor, Canada
“Over the past four years, Anthony provided me with invaluable information regarding my professional development as an engineer. Anthony greatly assisted me with the application process for the PE exam to ensure my admittance to the exam at a young age. Anthony also inspired me to become involved with professional societies. My career would not be where it is today without Anthony’s guidance in my professional development. I would recommend to all engineers and project managers out there to seek Anthony’s guidance!”
– Peter Helseth, Civil Engineer, White Plains, New York
“Anthony’s coaching has had many positive impacts both on my engineering career and personal life. Career Transition, Goal Setting, Networking, Leadership, Communication, Time Management, Work-Life Balance, are a few examples of the numerous endeavors for which I resorted to Anthony’s assistance. One of the greatest values to Anthony’s coaching is his knack for breaking complex situations into small, measurable, and achievable solutions.
Overall, Anthony’s coaching has been paramount in my career transition as well as the development of my soft skills. He has been fully present in my engineering career development and I look forward to continuing my journey with Anthony and his exquisite coaching. I would highly recommend his top-notch coaching services to any engineer ready to create an extraordinary career.”
– Ilias G., Structural Engineer, Oklahoma
“I’ve talked with Anthony directly in several one-on-one coaching calls and the advice I received each time was well thought out and came from a person that genuinely wanted to help. The conversations generated ideas and directions that I had not discovered on my own and the back and forth discussion had helped to create that. What was really important in Anthony’s delivery was that it got me motivated to work on the advice. That’s a sign of a great coach. What I look for in a personal coach is the comments that get me motivated just like a great personal trainer can help you knock out those last 5 reps when you hit the wall 15 minutes ago.”
– Barry K. Krieger, PE, Associate/ Senior Project Manager
