Mass Timber in Structural Engineering – It’s Not as Boring as It Sounds – Ep 004

The new code changes that will take effect in 2021 will allow mass timber buildings up to 18-story high. This may not be accepted by all municipalities and states, but 6-12 story building will certainly be allowed, which actually covers the highest market need.

The PM 2 program serves as a comprehensive document of the various responsibilities of project managers that are needed to increase the likelihood of person, team, and firm success. Taking this course helped me to recognize some of my blind spots that I frequently overlook in my regular work. I leave this course having a greater perspective of how to deal with clients and project teams, rather than focusing on only the project work at hand.
