Every company wants to have a meaningful mission and values behind it.
The challenge: it’s hard to organize and communicate these in a format that
is digestible,
can be easily remembered,
and realistically acted on.
Engineering Management Institute (EMI) has a clear mission, and values that we believe can help us realize that mission.
Our mission is to help engineers and other technical professionals become better managers and leaders.
But it doesn’t just extend to our clients; it includes our own team members.
At EMI we express our values in the form of an equation: Give + Guide = Grow

Show up each day ready to give our all to each other and our clients.

Teach each other how to be better at all we do.

Celebrate each others’ wins and learn from each others’ losses.
We cultivate opportunities that allow our team members to give to others both internally and at home in their communities.
We create or sponsor avenues, like mentoring programs, where our team members can guide others in their careers and lives.
We grow as a result of giving and guiding through every opportunity we have.
