About This Event

Arnold is a systems engineer at Boeing, and founder of Nontraditional College Success. He specializes in helping STEM students and professionals land their dream job and what school doesn’t teach engineers to be successful. Arnold has given presentations to 50+ groups with some audiences in the hundreds.

He has been a professor, recruiter, and scholarship interviewer. Arnold also is on advisory councils for Purdue University and Ivy Tech Community College. He has interned, worked, and received offers from companies like Aerodyn, Northrop Grumman, Rolls-Royce, Cummins, and Allison transmission.
