Description:
Project Managers are the cashflow engines of AEC firms. They dictate whether or not projects are profitable, and therefore drive firm profitability.
All AEC firms want highly productive PMs, but investing in PM training is expensive both in cost and time away from projects.
What if you could target your PM development efforts specifically to the needs of each of your PMs?
Up until this point, this wasn’t possible, however, the Engineering Management Institute and Talent Matters, a certified distributor of the Harrison Assessment, has teamed up to be able to provide AEC firms with this data.
Together, they are creating a behavioral assessment specifically for project managers in the AEC industry…
If you received an invitation to this webinar, this is an exclusive opportunity for your firm to participate in groundbreaking research within our industry. If your firm would like to participate, we ask that you choose 10 to 15 of your project managers to participate in the assessment development project; and in return, you will receive complimentary reports. The findings from these assessments will create the formula for the AEC Project Manager Competency.
Please join us during this short webinar, where we will discuss how your firm can be involved with this pilot project including specific instructions for participation. We offer two different presentation times; please select whichever option works best with your schedule.
