Great session, Anthony & Stephanie!
I love the “brain dump” and the “Pomodoro Technique” as I use them pretty often myself. I actually talked about (on my website) how to use the “Pomodoro Technique” to stay focused when studying for the SE exam. I use this little desktop app called “Focus Booster” (they just released a new paid version but it’s still free if you don’t need the extra features like tracking and reporting).
Thanks for the feedback Andy, I am going to look into a few of those apps right now. Glad you enjoyed this episode. I use the brain dump at least once a day 🙂
Funny that I just listened to this episode – and today’s free app on AppGratis for Android is “Water Tracker”!! The app tracks and reminds you to drink water throughout the day.
