- Take certificate courses that can go onto your resume.
Question:
How can I make sure that my resume reaches the engineering hiring manager without going into the black hole?
Answer:
- It all comes down to who you know.
- The real question to you would be: โWhat have you done to put yourself in a position to get to know people and connect with people?โ
