Jennifer Todd is the president of LMS General Contractors, a woman-owned demolition and environmental services firm in South Florida. As the youngest black woman to hold California’s CSLB general engineering (A) license, she leads LMS in delivering full-scale demolition, disaster recovery, and remediation services.
A trailblazer in construction, Todd was the first black business owner on the cover of Construction Business Owner magazine. She has earned honors from Engineering News-Record, South Florida Business Journal, and Construction Business Owner for her leadership and industry impact.
Beyond LMS, Todd founded A Greener Tomorrow, a 501(c)3 nonprofit addressing the construction labor shortage by promoting workforce sustainability. She also created and produced Breaking Barriers: Women at Work, a docuseries highlighting women leaders shaping the industry.
As founder and CEO of WynTech Group, Todd leads WynTech’s apprenticeship platform, the largest national database of skilled trade apprenticeships. WynTech streamlines pathways into construction careers and provides companies with a pipeline of diverse, trained talent.
